**Aggressive or difficult-to-handle dogs:
If a pet bites or hurts our staff there will be a $50 charge added to the bill regardless of the completion.
If the pet tries to bite, snaps, is difficult to handle, and/or requires an assistant or extra groomer to complete the groom a $15 charge will be added to the grooming price.
